What we collect here
If you join the waitlist or start a trial signup, we store the email address you submit, which form you used, and the plan you clicked (if any). We also keep basic technical context: the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We do not store your IP address — only a salted, truncated hash used to limit abuse.
What we use it for
One thing: emailing you about SaidNotes early access. We don't sell or share the list, and we don't use it for anything else. Every email we send will have a working unsubscribe.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Plausible) to count page views and clicks in aggregate. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
Deletion
Want off the list? Email hello@saidnotes.com and we'll delete your data promptly.
The app itself
The SaidNotes app follows the same principle this site does: collect the minimum, be honest about it. In the app, your audio is deleted the moment it's transcribed — only the text of your notes is kept, stored encrypted, deletable with your account at any time. The full app privacy policy will be published before launch.
